Thinner Non-leathal Door Stop Multitool

A quick and dirty meshmixer remix of the Optimized Nonlethal Door Stop Multitool! I made it thinner because I couldn't justify using so much print time/plastic on something to prevent my front door from slamming . The second STL I've shaved a little off the bottom to enable better bed adhesion without me having to locate my IPA to go and clean the HBP. Print Settings Printer: Sintron Prusa i3 MKI Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: Shell thickness 1.2mm (eff 3x layers w/ 0.4mm nozzle), Bottom/Top thickness 0.8mm, Print Speed 40mm/s, Perimeter on, 2x laps, min length 150mm, 1.75mm PLA white filament from 3DFILLIES.COM, Initial layer thickness 0.3mm, 100mm/s travel, 10mm/s infill. Sliced with Cura 15.04.3 and printed via SD card. Printing a Brim maybe necessary but will require additional cleanup. How I Designed This Ingredients: Copy of Autodesk Mesh Mixer (or other favorite mesh editing tool that can planar cut) Copy of the model Step 1 - Fire up Autodesk and load up the model. Step 2 - Perform the first cut. After importing the model, select "edit" from the side bar, then select "Plane Cut". Position the "cut" such that the top 90% is sliced. Ensure that the Cut Type is "Slice (keep both)". Step 3 - Perform the same, but for the bottom 10%. Again ensure that you are performing a "Slice (keep both)" so to avoid losing the other bits we already cut. Step 4 - Separate shells. Separate the shells so we can continue working on the part. Before After Step 5 - Select and delete the inner piece. Thus leaving our two desired bits remaining. Step 6 - Now move, select and combine our two separate pieces into a single piece. I tend to do a minor overlap to ensure combining works properly. Run an analysis to ensure that all is well and print your new part!
