I always experience neck pain when using my laptop, so I decided to elevate my ThinkPad to its full vertical potential! I wrote about the ThinkStand on my blog at https://www.9minuti.it/thinkstand-laptop-vertical-stand/. I created two versions: a slim one with a 10mm thickness that works surprisingly well, and a larger version with a 20mm thickness for added stability. I hope this design meets your needs as well.
