I keep a spare battery in my bag that isn't always spotless and wanted to keep debris out of the contacts. This model went through far too many test prints, resulting in some inside grooves not matching the battery perfectly, but this barely affects performance once it's installed. I recommend printing the Wide Tolerance model, which fits snugly on my original Lenovo battery and leaves a little room for error, so it should probably be scaled up by 1-5% to fit bootleg batteries more comfortably.
