Prop up your ThinkPad! Prop up your laptop to reduce having to stoop over it on your desk. Your posture and back will be forever grateful! The base is propped up at a60° angle lifting the screen24cm off your desk You can open the screen 0-180° without worrying about toppling Files THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FILES IS THE WORDING ON THEM! Part units are mm There is no left or right piece I recommend using 2 pieces but you can use more if you like. Safety Don't worry about bending or scratching your laptop. Pressure is only applied to the original laptop rubber pads and on the front it is spread over a large area. Open up your screen to 180° or leave it closed or anywhere in between! You can use the keyboard, mouse and touchscreen without worrying about toppling it over. How I Designed This Why this stand? I decided to make this project after trying a bunch of existing designs. Most are designed for bottom heavy laptops and only prop them up to maximum 45°. This means the laptop does not stand as tall as it can, and it takes up precious desk space. Most of them also cause the X1 Yoga to topple over because of its unconventional weight distribution. This stand is dimensioned to be stable in all screen positions. I also wanted to make it light as opposed to the solid designs that are currently available. Print instructionsPrinting Supports: No |Rafts: No A 100 x 100 mm print bed is sufficient for this print. These are meant to be light so you can take em with you. A15% infill more than strong enough in my testing (Fast Honeycomb infill pattern). Part is meant to be used in its current size Scale down the model at your own risk. Scaling down will probably cause the part to not fit the laptop and increase chances of toppling.
