Designed in FreeCAD for my Thinkpad T420 laptop. Slot for laptop is 21mm. Slight angle in the slot (5 degrees) to compensate for its center of gravity. To ensure rigidity, I printed in PLA with: - 0.8 nozzle - 0.4 layer height - 4 top/bottom layers - 3 walls - 50% Cubic Subdivision infill If you have a 0.4 nozzle: - 0.2 layer height - 8 top/bottom layers - 6 walls - 50% Cubic Subdivision infill.
