I posted a ThinkFun Hinge before, but this one is even better. To make it long story short, I used the standard ThinkFun's axle rod for this hinge. Feel free to experiment with both and let me know which one you prefer. Here are the instructions: 1. Print two hinges. 2. Find your smallest ThinkFun axle lying around; download Axel_Print_Version_1.5in.stl from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:697332 3. Connect them and have fun - no supports needed.
