My entry to the ThinkFun challenge, this section lets you attach your projects to a soda bottle. The standard size of this design fits perfectly onto most common soft drinks bottles, including small, medium, and large sizes. You can use these designs in various ways: fill them with water or sand and use as weighted stands, turn the smaller ones into extra chunky go-anywhere wheels, or add more for a stable foundation and make your projects amphibious! After examining several connection options, I found that adding a 1-inch rod to the cap was the most straightforward choice. It prints well with no support required and minimal raft usage. With perfect alignment after removing from the build platform using only a light tap, my print settings made it all possible. Although an exact measurement for the rod was not found, setting the rod diameter to 7.4mm solved this problem, allowing adjustments as needed. I've tested the prints with resolution at 0.2mm layers and a 0.5mm nozzle, 20% infill, with excellent results. Printing time takes minimal plastic (only around 5 grams) using ABS plastic and perfect first-time results guaranteed. Upon completion, some slight sanding removed the initial roughness on a few areas, making further adjustments unnecessary due to smooth finish achieved without any additional touch-ups needed after finishing post-print process successfully every single time it's printed so far in my case! This product comes designed primarily by trial and error to finally come up with suitable solution once got hang of what fits best. Initially I made initial attempts at attaching threads that fit precisely but took some experimenting. To make printing without supports required an internal design core is integrated. 2mm wall was considered strong enough however found better outcome lowering the wall thickness to only 1mm by simply cutting original walls in half which adds much more stability compared to previous weaker model without compromising structural integrity whatsoever so it still remained as one piece part throughout entire length while maintaining robust feel due being all solid internal buildout design that gives confidence once applied real physical pressure during intended operation condition under heavy load handling scenarios always
