Initially, I thought of a feature that would astound viewers, then conceptualized the essential components needed to bring it to life. The result is this ingenious mechanical arm kit. The kit comprises: Angular Gears: These innovative components can be utilized to transform rotational energy into different orientations. Bent Plates: Perfect for securing objects to box surfaces or other flat materials. Thread Loops: Intended for threading cables through or transmitting force over complex distances. 3-Way Plates: Engineered to fortify hinges and create more stable joints. 3-Plate Connectors: Convenient connections that offer an additional layer of versatility in designs. Finger Components: The sole specialized part, specifically designed for creating gripper mechanisms. Print Settings: Raft Settings: Not recommended Support Material: Avoid using supports; it's not necessary, but some printers may find it helpful for parts with overhanging sections, such as the loop and bent plates. Resolution: Set at 0.2 millimeters for optimal results. Infill: Use a density of 20% to achieve an ideal balance between strength and print time. Additional Notes: Be sure the bed is perfectly level and employ a thicker first layer when printing gears; starting the gear's movement can be tricky, but not impossible with some effort.
