First of many key chains I'm designing. Thought no better place to start than what sparked my interest in 3D printing. Print Settings Printer: Da Vinci 1.0 Rafts: Yes, none needed Supports: No extra help required Resolution: 200 microns for a smooth finish Infill: 30% density for a solid hold on the design Notes: A simple yet elegant print. How I Designed This With AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor at my disposal, I created this key chain. First, I placed an image of the Thingiverse logo in AutoCAD. Then, I used tracing to create the shape of the key chain. Next, I imported the traced design into Inventor and extruded it into a 3D model.
