This is the SVG for 3mm acrylic to create a raspberry pi box. It can hold 3b+ and 4b models Also, it is possible to screw a SSD disk on the external side. use M2x10 nuts (7) and bolts to firmly lock the case and M3x5 bolt (cone shaped) for ssd & power source. NOTE IMPORTANT: designed without KERF. Add it following your own specifications I've used a SCULPFUN S9 with black acrylic (3mm) with the folliwing parameters: For CUT: speed 250 mmxm, 90% laser power and x4 pass count for engraving: 1700 mmxm, 20% power, and x1 pass count KERF: 0.08 Aditional parts: - LED switch like https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B01M4KSIND/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Small power source (5v) like https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B00MWQD43U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Cable gland PG7 to secure the power cable - Power cable&plug - 2mm BLUE led with 330 omh resistor for ssd activity light connected to any GPIO & GND (edit config.txt to assign activity GPIO output) more: - It can be cut on a 19X29 cm sheet of acrylic. - be gentle with nuts and bolts - countersink holes in top side to use cone shaped bolts to hold the power source
