Raspberry Pi Home Security Camera This is a custom 3D printed raspberry pi camera solution This project uses open-source software to deliver a cost-effective home security solution with motion detection. The pieces of software used in this project are highly flexible and can likely be adapted to your configuration although it may deviate from what I have outlined below. Thingcam Mini - Hardware This camera is designed to be a small security camera. Currently, it doesn't support night vision, but its something that I would like to add in the future. It uses a RaspberryPi Zero W and a Pi Camera Module https://www.buyapi.ca/product/raspberry-pi-zero-w/ https://www.buyapi.ca/product/raspberry-pi-zero-mini-camera-cable-38mm/ https://www.buyapi.ca/product/raspberry-pi-8mp-camera-board-v2/ It also uses a couple of neodymium magnets to hold the body to the mount. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07KP9PDCB/ and it needs a 90° micro-usb cable in order to fit in the housing. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B001AR6MI6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Thingcam Mini - Software An example of a software setup can be found here: https://github.com/misterjtc/raspberrypi_security
