Inspired by nicholasclewis's photo of a glowing Gold Star, this design features a pointy, handheld object with unique dimensions. Thing10 comes in two identical halves that can be glued together or enjoyed separately. The printed half resembles the Sydney Opera House crossed with a sea urchin. With walls designed for single filament width, it is recommended to print multiple copies at once for better cooling during printing. To achieve a glowing effect, fluorescent or glow-in-the-dark filament or paint can be used. Thing10 was designed in a way that allows easy painting from the bottom without rubbing off the paint when playing with it. The dimensions of Thing 10 are 35.7mm diameter x 15.66mm tall (each half), while Thing 10b, a larger version scaled by 2x, has a diameter of 71.4mm and a height of 31.31mm (each half). An updated version, Thing10b, was uploaded after printing it at double the size, which resulted in a more impressive design while still being quick to print.
