Over time, you may have noticed that ball bearings in the initial stage often become loose or the wood bends, leading to bearings touching plates on both sides and causing noise. To address this issue, a template is provided for laser cutting and drilling 4mm holes for the upper bearings; a precise 4mm hole marked by laser ensures accurate drilling. Choose materials like precision-5mm-acryl-gs that are less prone to flex. Alternatively, use one nut at the back instead of two, adding a disk behind the main plate to reduce flexing. This upgrade can be easily installed as a drop-in solution.
