Thing-o-Matic inner rod plate
thingiverse
Having repeatedly disassembled my Thing-o-Matic, I found it frustrating to hold tiny nuts with my fingers. As a result, I designed an improvement to securely fit M3 nuts. Tapping them in with a small hammer may be necessary; ensure they are fully tightened when installing on the Thing-o-Matic. For printing, I used ABS at .25 mm with two shells via MakerWare on my Replicator 2X, already scaling it for ABS shrinkage.
