thin wall and infill test
thingiverse
Need to test single extrusion and various infill settings, possibly benefiting others in the process as well. Key observations on wall thickness are crucial. A speedy tip for calibration: identify the optimal temperature first. Print a single cube outline or corkscrew with an extrusion multiplier set to 1.0. Measure the thickness and divide the extruded width by the measured width, then use this ratio as the extrusion multiplier from there onwards. In subsequent runs, print models with flat tops, carefully noting how the surface appears. If gaps form between lines, increase infill extrusion width; if it's squishing out, decrease it accordingly.
