Thin Nested Boxes (with Lids)

The OpenSCAD file, Thin Nested Box.scad, enables you to produce a customized box and lid. It includes pre-generated sizes ranging from 12mm to 40mm that can nest within each other. Another OpenSCAD file, Thin Nested Boxes.scad, generates an array of boxes and lids for various sizes. This is an excellent test of your printer's precision. The lidSpacing parameter, set at .25mm by default, allows you to adjust the tightness of the fitting lid, while boxSpacing defines how the boxes nest together. The default settings provide a snug fit for me. Generate and print the desired boxes in different colors, then nest them to impress your friends with your printer's accuracy. Variables include thickness, width, depth, height, flangeHeight, lidHeight, lidSpacing, boxLidSpacing, boxCount, offset in Thin Nested Boxes.scad.
