Rolling and bending thin brass sheet or lithoplate requires precision, which is why I created a custom tool for RC scale tanks customization. This jig allows me to roll the 0.02" sheets with pinpoint accuracy, thanks to its compatibility with tubes of varying diameters. To achieve straight bends, I incorporated V grooves into the design, making it easy to use a steel ruler to shape the material exactly as needed.
