Fully prepared and tested STL files along with an editable 3DM source file of a set of 14 thin eternity rings are now available. These models were created in Rhinoceros version 6.0. The designs include rings with and without sprues, which will meet your production needs whether you're looking to produce them en masse or integrate them into more complex products such as earrings, pendants, brooches, etc. The sizing of these eternity rings spans from a diameter of 15.5mm to 22mm in increments of 0.5mm. Each ring has a height of 2mm with a gentle inner edge radius of R=0.15mm and a thickness of approximately 1.75mm. To facilitate easy integration of gems, each eternity ring features a round cut slot with a diameter of 1.45mm, which is adjustable to sizes between 1.4mm and 1.5mm. The number of gems required for each size ranges from 33 in the smallest size (15.5mm) to 46 in the largest size (22mm). Due to these varying dimensions, the volume of each eternity ring increases gradually from a minimum of 101mm^3 for the smallest size to a maximum of 138mm^3 for the largest size. Consequently, their weights also range between 1g and 1.4g when made from sterling silver. All provided models are thoroughly tested and available in STL file format with S-labeled files featuring sprues while B-labeled files do not have sprues. Additionally, editable OBJ source files are included for each eternity ring model.
