I picked up some Wyse Thin Clients that looked really bad sitting on the floor under the desks, so I decided to print out these custom mounts for them. I could have easily bought real ones, but where's the fun in that? Recessed screw holes are designed to fit standard drywall screws perfectly. The 3/4" wide track is perfect for a velcro wrap - just screw through the center of the strap and it stays tight. The variable depth hanger tongue allows for larger devices. The pictures of my build aren't great, but I was still happy with how they turned out. I started with PLA, which worked fantastic, but had to switch to a generic ABS for this printout because PLA is still a bit harder to find around here. Unfortunately, the ABS print didn't turn out as well - it's softer and more prone to warping. In the future, you can bet I'll be sticking with PLA whenever possible, it's just stiffer and easier to work with.
