Thicker Titan fan extender

I redesigned the titan extender to be thicker and moved the fan duct closer to the nozzle, giving it more clearance. The two mounting holes on the backplate are situated at the top and bottom, providing a secure fastening point. Three adjustable holes for the fan duct height are also present, designed to accept brass threaded inserts similar to those found on the rest of the part. I recommend utilizing the top and bottom adjustment holes for optimal performance, although the middle hole was likely an unnecessary addition. The part is depicted in the photos, printed in a vibrant green color. I'm aware that my fan duct has a small hole at its end, which occurred when I removed it from the bed during printing.
