Thicker 20mm foot with sacrificial bridging

I've made some minor tweaks to an already outstanding design. I've merely beefed up the foot, enabling it to accommodate a slightly larger M4 screw head, while also incorporating a 0.2mm sacrificial bridge layer for enhanced support-free printing capabilities. Simply drive it home with a hex key or screw. This setup works remarkably well on the Prusa i3 MK3S and pairs perfectly with six 19mm sorbothane hemispheres.
