ThickCard, a wallet-sized design tool, enables designers to swiftly evaluate an object's thickness by providing 'leaves' in varying dimensions. It serves as a tactile way to compare different material flexibilities. The standard model features leaves of 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm. Alternative options include Variant A with thicknesses of 0.75mm, 1.25mm, 1.5mm, 1.75mm, and so on, while Variant B offers a central backbone of 3mm surrounded by leaves of varying dimensions from 0.25mm to 3mm. Measuring 85mm x 55mm, ThickCard is designed for easy portability and should be printed with a layer height of 0.25mm or 0.125mm, accompanied by 100% infill and perimeter of 3 for optimal quality.
