This is for thick-walled lightsabers made out of polycarbonate, designed specifically for intense hand-to-hand combat. I scored a great deal on them at Amazon, picking up a pair for a fraction of the cost. The outer diameter measures 25mm, while the inner diameter is 21mm. To create an ultra-durable product, print in 100% infill using transparent filament - PLA works beautifully. Note that I made adjustments to the tip to match the actual dimensions of the tubes, which are slightly larger at 26mm.
