I've designed my own Core XY type printer, H-bot, D-Bot style, while adhering to my own constraints. Due to the higher cost of Rail MGN12 in INDIA compared to HGH20, I opted for the HGH15C Block instead. The 2020-Aluminium Profile serves as the infrastructure for this project. To minimize printed components, I've used a combination of 1605 Ball screw and PU Belt, which should provide a rugged and robust build. The built area will exceed 450mmX450mm, while the height will surpass 350mm. M3 bolts are used for idlers, M4 for block mounts, and M5 for 2020 fixtures. Future plans include interchangeable Hot-end/Laser/Spindle options. Work is currently in progress. The Z axis features a 1605 Ball screw paired with two 12mm Smooth rods and four LMF12UU bearings.
