These beer tap handles are not too shabby.

This is a compact tap handle knob that fits perfectly on your faucet handle. I have my knob mounted on a chrome angled adapter for a bit of extra clearance above the taps. The shorter design works great if you're using a keezer or have limited space around your faucets. This design features an integrated 3/8"-16 thread, which is a standard tap handle fitting. You can also find the threaded insert file on Thingiverse under ID: 1466850. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .20mm layers Infill: 25-30% Notes: This design should fit smoothly, but you may need to adjust the scale by a percent or so to match your printer settings for a better fit. I recommend using at least .20mm layers and slowing down your printer to 50mm/sec or so for a really smooth print. Three perimeters and 30% fill are more than sufficient for home use.
