I misplaced the battery cover for my ThermoWorks ThermoPop thermometer, and now I'm stuck trying to seal against the gasket without one. Luckily, it still functions somehow despite the warping issue with the ABS material I used. I'll likely reprint the item in PETG since food safety is a top priority, but initially, I had planned to use acetone on the ABS to achieve a smoother finish - that step remains unfinished for now.
