This is an armored cover for the Thermoworks Smoke remote thermometer system receiver. After using my first version, I found it was getting BBQ fingerprints all over me, and its smooth surface made it difficult to hold onto when my hands were oily, wet, or greasy. Additionally, if I wore the receiver around my neck while bending down, I kept banging it against things. To solve this problem, I created a cover for fun and discovered that it worked out very well, but my initial version lacked a hole in the back, which made removal extremely challenging when using the Sainsmart Semiflex TPU. So, I designed a second version with a hole in the back to allow for easier receiver removal. This design was significantly more convenient. There are three files included: 1. A standard version with a smooth bottom and no finger hole. 2. A standard version with a smooth bottom and a finger hole in the back. 3. A hexagonal pattern on the bottom with a finger hole in the back. I haven't tested this design with very flexible filaments like ninjaflex, so if you choose to use one of these materials, you may not need a finger hole in the back. However, I strongly advise against printing this cover with standard filaments because the fit is extremely tight, and you risk breaking the case when trying to remove the receiver.
