This probe holder is designed specifically to alleviate cable strain. The food probes are fairly long in both dimensions. As a result many of the other probe holders I've seen are too small and cause excessive cable strain to store the wire. So pay particular attention to how the Food Probes are stored on the Food Probe holders as they can basically fit in any direction you want but only one direction keeps it from bending the wire too much.
