It has an ample number of polygons; no further subdivision is required, with 95.6% of these being quadrilaterals, and only 0.4% triangles. The model includes materials prepared for Corona, V-Ray, and Scanline renderers, while the FBX file contains simplified materials that may need revision post-import. The OBJ file has basic or no materials. Textures are included for the thermostat numbers only; they're in lossless PNG format. These textures are housed in a separate archive file. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, with scene units in cm. All elements, including objects, materials, and textures, have been uniquely named, with transformations reset. The model is placed at the scene origin [0, 0, 0] in XYZ coordinates, and all texture paths are set to relative. The model can be accessed in various file formats: 3ds Max - Corona, 3ds Max - V-Ray, 3ds Max - Scanline, FBX, and OBJ. It was modeled in 3ds Max, with preview images rendered using the Corona renderer. The render scene isn't included. Please be aware that this model utilizes Multi/Sub-Object materials in 3ds Max.
