The knob for my common electric heat thermostat failed, so I came up with an improved replacement that is much stronger. My first attempt looked just like the original but I found the PLA to be too slippery when turning the knob so I added ribs (for your pleasure). I've included my Autocad Fusion360 file and an obj version in case you want to modify or remove the ribs. Slice with the back side down and add zig zag support at 15%. If you find the fit to be too tight, try reducing your extruder flow, maybe by 10% or 15%.
