Thermos Foogo Base

Thermos Foogo Base

thingiverse

Our kids love their Thermos Foogo bottles, but unfortunately, the base comes off after some dishwasher cycles because it's only hot-glued on. The original plastic bases are loose and won't stay attached without the glue bond. I'm not sure how to re-glue them either. Instructions: This part needs to be printed using Taulman PCTPE or another somewhat flexible material so it will snap onto stainless steel. First, remove any remaining glue from the bottom of the stainless steel bottle. To snap on the new part, use 80 pounds of pressure or more.
