Thermomix TM5 TM6 pot volume reducer

This is a further development of my volume reducer designed in 2018 for the Thermomix (at the time for TM5, see on picture). The first version was too lightweighted. The new version is significantly heavier, more or less clamped in and also held in position by the lid. It also fits for TM6 because the pot is identical to TM5. The volume reducer prevents e.g. sugar, nuts, onions and other chopped food from being thrown up against the pot wall or the lid when grinding. You can also use the opening to emulsify (e.g. for home-made mayonnaise). The preparation of food is therefore much easier and the food is chopped much more evenly. Plus, scraping off chopped veggies from the pot walls is finally over. After inserting and putting on the lid, it closes flush with the top edge of the insert so that the reducer remains securely in its position even at high speeds of the knife. So there is no risk of the insert lifting upwards or damaging the knife. Have fun while cooking.
