ThermoFlask bottle drop/impact protector sleeve
thingiverse
*WARNING: This was designed to fit the 24oz ThermoFlask bottle. I don't have other bottles to scale it to fit. If you want to try, YMMV.* Bought these ThermoFlask water bottles from Costco. They came with silicone sleeves to cushion the bottom of the bottle of it's dropped. I lost mine and wanted to replace it, and this gave me an excuse to try TPU in my Ender 3. I got an Amazonbasics roll, and after a few benchy tests, I made this in Solidworks and had this on my bottle 5 hours later. After a week of use, I'm very satisfied in the design and material choice. The small tolerances create a good friction fit on the bottle, it's a good size replacement for the original, and the hexagon grid holes let it slide on and off nicely to wash. (Also I heard TPU is dishwasher safe? Haven't tested that yet.) You can use pla or petg, but TPU creates a nice impact cushion. It's my first TPU print, so there's bits of under extruding and stringing in the pictures. Good luck and hope it helps!
