I've discovered several excellent box designs for the w1209 thermometer, but couldn't locate any suitable ones for the thermocouple. To rectify this situation, I've decided to create my own. In fact, I'll be designing two versions of it. The first version is specifically designed for measuring ambient temperatures, such as the enclosure of our 3d printer. This design takes into account the surrounding environment and its potential effects on the temperature readings. In contrast, the second version features closed walls and requires the source of heat to be oriented towards the front of the box. This configuration is ideal for applications other than measuring ambient temperatures. Please note that I haven't placed the thermocouple in any of the suggested locations; instead, it's only a demonstration of where it could potentially go.
