Thermocouple Board Mount v3

V3: Now with fully approved clearance! V1 was too narrow to fit parts larger than 4-inch diameter, and V2 improved but still wasn't accurate. Board now attaches on the "IN" SIDE of the part; the side without the chamfering. Thermocouple board mounting kit allows an Ultimaker TC1 board to be attached atop the extruder platform of a RoStock MAX V2. The boards are fitted to my revised dual extruder platform (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:707701), however, the hole spacing should enable direct attachment to the stock platform as well. On a separate note, I desoldered the protective diode and inserted a jumper wire on my board. The diode shifted the ground reference by around 250mV and caused readings approximately 25C off. Since it was hard-wired already, bypassing the reverse current protection seemed safe. Holes for platform mounting are #6-32 clearance (0.144) but printed tight on our uPrint so threads engaged with part. The board mounting holes are #4-40 tap drill (0.089) and can be easily enlarged up to ten thousandths for an M3x0.5, which is what was done here using a #40 drill. Mount the print to the platform first, then attach the TC board to the print. It's inconvenient but screw clearance doesn't work if you attach the TC board initially... (My mistake).
