The hot end features a 0.5mm nozzle and is powered by two 2.5-watt resistors. It's constructed with a 1" x 0.5" brass square stock, and has a PEEK body with a 3/8" brass threaded internal. The heat zone design is still being refined. This setup has run for two months without any clogs, and updated specifications and photos are in the works. The resistors used are manufactured by Ohmite, with a Newark part number of 64K8265 and a manufacturer part number of 25J12RE.
