Thermarest winglock diy pumpsack adapter

This is an adapter that will snap onto the Thermarest winglock valve. It has a little lip to match the groove in the winglock valve. I've used this with a nylofume bag as a pack liner for over a year. It works really well as a pumpsack for inflating thermarest pads. You do have to use flexible filament. I used Priline TPU Flexible off amazon and it works great. For that filament I used 220C print temp, 60C bed temp, no brim and 40mm sec print speed. YMMV If you want to make it a little easier to double sided tape to your nylofume bag, print with a brim of about 5mm. That gives you more surface area for the tape to stick to. Cut a 30mm hole in your nylofume bag (I recommend near a bottom corner) and then attach the adapter to the inside of the bag with double sided tape.
