Thermaltake Core Series Punisher Fan Grill Panel
thingiverse
This is a Fan panel that fits any of the Thermaltake Core Series, and this is a Core V1 model. The core series all use this part, AC-014-OO1OTN-C1, so if it matches then this will fit your case panel. I have included 2 panels - a flat panel for easy remixing, as well as the translucent style Punisher Panel with a smaller face. Note that the black style is not included, but rather serves as a reference for what a solid filament will look like when printed. Tight tolerances ensure proper printer setup. Read all of this carefully. The flat panel prints easily without supports and is oriented face up. In contrast, the Punisher Panel requires supports which are difficult to remove. You'll need tools to help get them out of the groove, which can take about 30 minutes. I recommend using a small flat tool or the back of a small file for removal. Also, use a 7/32 punch to clear out the holes. Normal PLA was easier to remove supports from than translucent, as the latter is a harder material. I had to chisel out several on the translucent. Fan holes measure 120 x 120mm. I used a Prolima Ultra Sleek Vortex 14 fan with dimensions of 140 x 15mm. This fan is installed above a Dark Rock TF, and it's set up as an intake. There's enough clearance for them not to touch. Have fun remixing - post your results!
