I didn't like how much the pcie bracket deflected when a GPU was mounted using the standard mount. So I created a bracket that uses the lower pcie slots and the existing holes in the PSU bracket to help pull the lower part of the bracket in line reducing GPU sag. Also fills in the open area below the bracket and top of the PSU making for a more finished look in my opinion.
