Thermalright C12/Pro PC fan anti-viberation pad replament

I'm designing a smaller anti-vibration pad to replace the original one that comes with the Thermalright C12/Pro. The current pad is just too big, measuring nearly 121mm wide after installation, which can cause problems when installing fans on larger radiators like 240 or 360 models. I'm hoping this new design will solve the issue. Sorry for my poor English skills!
