Thermal Camera Using Teensy 4.0 and AMG8833

The Gerber files (and schematic) were used to build the Camera shown in Video.
Two Frames for the TFT (depends on your placement of PCB/TFT)
• ADDED Gerber Files with Aligned Pad/Drill Holes for user's convenience.
• ADDED Smaller Housing and Lid's (2)
-The Smaller Housing (Chopped) eliminates the section for Batteries and Power-Dongle storage. Adds hole on side to pass power-wire out (suggest adding your favorite power connector to it after assembly).
-The Lids: 1-same as original w/o storage section, 2-Eliminates Button hole for small button.

(it may also be at the end of the Photo's strip above...)

Depending on your printed parts and assembly and positioning of items (Switches, PCB... etc) Some ‘manual’ Hand-Tweaking may be needed (mostly filing and/or notching out some plastic). Try to position such that Button's Cap's don't bind (see my Things to locate the Button Cap's).

You many need to clip/file the corner of the PCB (see photo) - that depends on the PCB’s holes...and final mounting.
I suggest a ‘Loose’ preliminary assembly, then assess what needs tweaking.

The Camera’s wires will get tucked back into the housing through the wide opening (you can drill a hole if needed).

My assembly went together quickly without much tweaking.

The Housing has Pockets for the Battery-Lid’s tabs (photo) - depending on your 3D printing, you may need to Clean/Tweak something so they snap in without damaging the Tabs or the Pockets.

NOTE's
• The Pinout's in my design are Different from Kasprzak's (and other's) code. BE SURE to reflect this in any code you use (or, change the Circuit).

• Design exposes Power access to Vin, USB and Battery: You MUST ensure to use ONLY ONE and do not attach to other's at same time - see Teensy4.0 Info about this. I choose to Not worry about it as I'll power only one way (at a time). As long as 'You' know the power info, you won't need to mess with cutting Traces on the Teensy's PCB)

• The STL part orientations are not set for printing they are as exported from Freecad - Proper Print orientation is up to you.
