Similar to TB-Clamping - Wade's Geared Nema 17 Extruder, the initial clamping proved to be quite fragile. Consequently, a redesign was undertaken and this time there is a separation of the extruder body from the thermal barrier clamping. In addition, two M3 holes have been incorporated to securely fix two M3 x 45mm (L) screws, which provide additional force for better extrusion performance.
