Inspired by the innovative design of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3606120, but necessitating a distinct approach, I crafted this fully functional light saber for my son, Theo, to complement his 2019 Halloween costume. Conceived after Luke's iconic lightsaber from Return of the Jedi, the Theosaber embodies an elegant prop suitable for a more refined era. The grip is designed to seamlessly pair with the end cap, which remains securely in place thanks to two precision set screws. The cap has ample space to house a 500 mAh LiPo rechargeable battery or a standard 9V battery. Meanwhile, the grip accommodates a power button, a rotary switch (ideal for regulating color or brightness), and an LED module.
