The third attempt at recreating Theo Jansen's "strandbeests" mechanism proves functional, yet due to time constraints for a school project, a complete construction plan for joint components remains unfinished. This model is designed specifically for m4 hex-head screws and features four of the intended six legs. For optimal stability, at least six legs are necessary with two pairs connected by distinct camshafts (0° and 120°). The assembly layout can be found in "Composition Prototype III.pdf," requiring duplication of non-camshaft parts for proper leg pairing. This project is still under development.
