Themed props: Witchcraft

Maya and Substance Painter drove the creation of this project forward. The witchy theme called for muted colors in a stylized design that was unmistakably cartoonish. I tackled every prop and its intricate details with polygonal quad modeling in Maya, except for the dreamcatcher's feathers, which stood out as a notable exception. Separately unwrapped UVs added an extra layer of detail to each item, with the thread part of the dreamcatcher being a notable exception. A Russian proverb was used to add depth to the book's design. Every model maintained a remarkably low poly count. Texturing in Substance Painter perfectly captured the cartoonish style that I aimed for.
