I'd like to express my gratitude to Keesj for inspiring this extruder design, which can be found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:181833. This project is a work in progress, and I'm excited to see where it takes me. The plunger-style paste extruder has been a game-changer, but it requires precise calibration to function smoothly. It's designed specifically for use with a 10cc syringe, although I have plans to upgrade to larger capacities in the future. The plunger mechanism is cleverly designed to accommodate injection-molded Printrbot extruder gears. While I've yet to test its torque capabilities, I'm eager to get it up and running. I'll be sure to update this project with my findings once I've had a chance to experiment further.
