TheHandle Split - No supports

I split TheHandle in half so it's easier to print without supports. This gives the sides to be printed on the bed so they're both smooth. However, NotTheHandle has to have supports on the lever. I find 0.16 away for Z distance from the part or one layer works well so it's easy to remove.
