A high-resolution theatre/stadium chair 3D model is available, designed using 3ds Max 2014 and rendered with Mental Ray. This model is ideal for architectural visualizations, animations, motion graphics, or other projects. The file includes mental ray render settings, an environment, and a background render. The lighting setup features a skylight with a sky color map (included in the zip folder) and an MR area Omni light. The 3D object consists of 78 separable parts, including single seats and groups, making it easy to modify or animate. Editable objects are available in 3ds Max, with editable poly modifiers, Turbo Smooth subdivision levels, symmetry modifiers, and object hierarchy with its own pivot center. The total poly count is 687,354, with 346,243 vertices. The model uses Standard Material with textures (also included in the zip folder), featuring diffuse color and bump maps at standard glossiness levels. The file formats available are 3ds Max 2014, FBX version 2013, and exported 3DS and OBJ files with materials. The model has been tested in Blender.
