This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8, before being converted to all other 3D formats available. Its native format remains .skp, while the corresponding 3dsmax scene is formatted for use with 3ds Max 2016, utilizing Vray 3.00 rendering capabilities. Maltheby - a high-class farm recognized throughout the city - boasted an elegant entrance on its broken corner until 1860. Characterized by simplicity and late Classicist style, regular window trimmers were employed along with conservative use of ornate fixtures. Modifications to the ground floor made due to store conversions significantly altered this space. During Maltheby's early years, residents included Camilla Collett and Henrik Ibsen. Ibsen and his family were forced to relocate from this location in the spring of 1860 due to economic struggles, having resided there since autumn 1859. Architect Nebelong also lodged at Malthe in the 1840s.
