The Wrong Trousers (Enhanced)

I added to the great model by Danwill (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2007946), which is included here - I designed and created additional Solidworks parts:\r\n\r\nSide hooks\r\nShoe caps\r\n\r\nPrint 2pcs each part.\r\n\r\nI printed the side hooks with brim, at a slow layer height of 0.08mm and a moderate print speed of 15mm/s - using bright red ABS (any color will work, as it gets painted afterwards)\r\n\r\nI printed the shoe caps at a standard layer height of 0.15mm at regular speeds - using silver ABS\r\n\r\nSide Hooks finishing\r\n\r\nThese were attached to the model first with acetone and once secured, were painted with Tamiya XF-26 green and the ring detail painted Tamiya XF-12 gold leaf.\r\n\r\nShoe Caps finishing\r\n\r\nI smoothed the shoe caps after printing using acetone, then painted the very rim with Tamiya X-1 black.\r\nThey were painted before attachment using a gentle touch.\r\n\r\nDanwill's original parts were printed in ABS and joined together with acetone.\r\nMy model features fixed legs (cannot rotate like the original model), for added stability - achieved through acetone welding them.\r\n\r\nAfter printing & assembling them, I painted using :\r\nTamiya XF-26 green - upper and lower trousers\r\nTamiya XF-12 gold - control panel\r\nTamiya XF-85 rubber black - legs\r\nTamiya X-4 blue - buttons on control panel\r\nTamiya X-7 red - joystick knobs on control panel \r\n\r\nThanks to Danwill for the great model & allowing the remix !\r\n\r\nEnjoy!
